Controls available during a conversation
Users retain visible controls during the call and can leave without justifying their decision.
- Use Next to end the conversation and search for another.
- Disable camera or microphone when needed.
- Block an account to avoid future matches.

What to do in an uncomfortable situation
End the conversation immediately. Do not share addresses, phone numbers, documents, passwords, financial details or information that can locate you.
Use blocking and, if rules were broken, send a report with the most accurate category. For immediate danger, contact your country's emergency services.
What safety does not mean
Authentication and moderation do not automatically verify everything another person says. They do not replace your judgment or help from authorities when a real threat exists.
Do not continue under pressure, send money or open unexpected links or files.
Conversation privacy
The product uses WebRTC calls and is not designed to keep video or audio recordings. Read the privacy policy to distinguish call content from operational account, block and report data.
