We use email and identifiers to authenticate accounts; nickname, avatar, declared age, language and region for profiles and matching; and preferences, friendships, blocks and social accounts you add for requested features. Social identifiers are stored encrypted and shared through consent controls.

We store session dates and durations, declared connection signals and your ratings to operate and evaluate the service. Coins, rewards and payment references manage balances, subscriptions and disputes. Reports and restrictions support abuse investigations. Conversation content is not used for analytics.

Calls use WebRTC. The service does not record audio or video. Connections may use relay servers processing traffic and necessary technical data. Text is transmitted during sessions; no persistent message history is offered. The other person may copy or record independently, although our rules require consent.

The architecture uses Supabase for authentication and PostgreSQL, Cloudflare for APIs and realtime communication, Stripe for payments and web hosting according to the deployment. Stripe processes card data; the app stores references and purchase or subscription status. Providers may process technical data under their contracts and configurations. The owner must confirm active production providers, locations and transfer safeguards.

We restrict access through authentication, administrator permissions and ownership controls. There is no absolute security guarantee. Protect credentials and avoid sensitive information in calls.

Profiles and relationships remain while accounts are active. No general automatic age-based purge is deployed: deletion requests trigger review of app, authentication, payment and provider data. Sessions, ratings, reports and records may remain until review. We do not promise deletion timelines that are not configured yet.

Payments and evidence needed for legal obligations or disputes may be kept with limited access and justified retention periods. We will communicate applicable exceptions when resolving your request. Log, backup and case limits must be checked by provider; backups may expire after deletion from the active system.

From your profile, correct preferences, download your own app data and submit a deletion request with reference and status. Downloads exclude secrets, other users' private data and internal notes. For additional authentication or payment data, or applicable correction, objection, restriction or portability rights, email hello@notmegle.com. We may verify identity with minimal necessary information; never send passwords.

A request does not immediately delete the account or automatically cancel Plus. The team reviews the case and communicates the outcome and retention exceptions. Manage renewal under Plan and subscription. If the response is insufficient, contact the appropriate data protection authority under applicable law.
