Account or access problems
Email hello@notmegle.com with the subject Account help. Include account email, browser, device, approximate problem time and the steps that caused it. Never send your password.
Privacy and personal data
Email requests to hello@notmegle.com with the subject Privacy. State which right you wish to exercise; if identity verification is needed, we will ask only for necessary information.
Payments and subscriptions
For payment questions, keep the transaction identifier and avoid full card numbers. Email hello@notmegle.com with the subject Billing. Check your plan under Account, Plan and subscription.
